"I really enjoyed the preserving course on the weekend. Before attending, I was basically blindly following Youtube videos and reading random articles on how to do things. Having Amanda there with all of her experience, knowledge and advice was great, and all of the 'Pro-tips" on how to make sure you get it right was excellent, and I found them super helpful. I really liked the fact that Amanda hit home the food safety and hygiene requirements. Thank you for doing that as I wasn't aware of a couple of things that I needed to consider. I also really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and small group environment, as it meant that we all had the opportunity to get "hands on" with the processes. I'm now ready to get out there and start preserving and I'm looking forward to doing another one of Amanda's courses in the future. Thanks again.
